Privacy Policy

Effective July 3, 2026

Pitik ("the app") is made by TalentSights Corp ("we", "us"). The short version: Pitik has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The photos and videos you capture are processed and stored on your device. We do not run servers that receive your content or personal information.

Information we do not collect

• No account or sign-up is required, and none exists.
• Your photos and videos are never uploaded to us. All filters and effects are applied on your device.
• The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Device permissions the app requests

• Camera — to show the live viewfinder and capture photos and videos.
• Microphone — to record audio with your videos.
• Photo library (add only) — to save your captures to your Photos library.
• Location (while using the app, optional) — to geotag your photos with where they were taken. The location is embedded in the photo's metadata in your own library; it is never sent to us.

Each permission is optional and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.

Data stored on your device

Your settings and the app's local database stay on your device. Captures you save live in your Photos library, under your control. Deleting the app removes its local data; media you exported to Photos remains yours in your library.

Purchases

In-app purchases (the Pitik Pro subscription) are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier, basic device information (device model, OS and app version), and purchase receipt data. This is used only to determine whether your subscription is active — not to identify you or build a profile, and it is never sold. See Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Children

Pitik is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
