Terms of Use

Effective July 3, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pitik app ("the app"), made by TalentSights Corp ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these Terms conflict with it, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms.

Your content

You own the photos and videos you capture with the app. We claim no rights to them and never receive them. You are responsible for how you capture and use your content, including respecting others' privacy and applicable laws.

Pitik Pro subscription

• Pitik Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID and billed by Apple.
• Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
• We may change subscription prices; changes apply only after notice and, where required, your consent, and never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by law; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or resell, rent, or redistribute the app.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, filters, branding, and code, is owned by TalentSights Corp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that captures will never be lost — keep backups of media that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentSights Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the app after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Cebu, Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
